Your finely prepared room can be occupied from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Would you like to arrive earlier and don't want to wait? Early check-in is possible from 10:00 a.m. on request and at an extra charge*.

You have until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure to check out. Would you like to use your room for longer? Then simply ask for a late check-out (until max. 4:00 p.m. and at an extra charge).

Plenty of space in the two-storey underground car park. Directly at the hotel and with a lift to reception. For Family & Friends room bookings, we recommend using parking lot 2 for unloading.

The underground car park has sufficient e-charging stations. Charging takes place directly at the station.

Dogs are very welcome. We charge a service fee of EUR 25.00 per dog, per day (without food). Please bring your own bowls and food.

The bathroom (wipeable tiled floor) can be used as a feeding area.

Your four-legged friends are welcome guests in the bar, in the bistro, on the terrace and outside. Dogs that are used to being left alone for a few hours can also stay in the room.

Please note in your planning that dogs are not allowed in the Forks&Friends area, buffet area, living room, LOFT GYM, KidZone and Relax Area.
